What's The Use of Unlimited Calls, When You're Forced to Only Call 1300 No

What's the purpose?
When most helplines for banks, telcos and companies force you to call their 1 300 numbers? Do you know that your unlimited call plan do not cover 1-300 and 1-800 and you'll be charged on per min basis? |
