SUPER newbie to ASM. Was at Octobank yesterday and there were agents there. Unlimited purchase of ASM3 and free beneficiary naming which they say will normally charge rm200 woh.
Anyway, can I equate ASM somewhat like EPF, where any deposit mid-month is not berbaloi? Since there are 700+ pages here, can anyone give me a quick rundown on what a newbie like me need to know. TIA  |

Newbie question. So dividend we earn will be accumulated, like EPF? Cos you know there used to be a limit 100k, so let's say dividend is 5k, will anything after 100k be entitled to next years dividend as well?

can one treat ASM as a monthly 'FD' that matures on the 1st every month ? while units last of course.
Cos that's my plan, pathetic FD rates now for eg, if i put 1k on the 1st May and withdraw 1k on 1 June, I will still get the 1 month dividend upon declaration, right? Although my balance is 0. Anyone can shed light on this ? |
