Go to nearest Malaysian bank (except Public Bank) then take the ASNB red form from the shelves then fill-in your withdrawal amount and your bank account. Also fill in the bank deposit slip. Take a ticket number and wait for calling. Prepare your MyKad IC then pass to the counter to do it.

Bumis just straight buy in asb/asb2 through myasnb without any problem. Just straight buy through FPX transfer. If you have maybank2u account, you can straight buy in through maybank2u online banking. The amount will update straight in myasnb in realtime. However, Maybank will charge you RM1.00 of processing fee.

If you want to buy in asb/asb2 for more than RM10k, just use Maybank2u because all banks will limit the FPX transactions to less than RM10k only. I was tried RM40k buy in ASB2 straight through Maybank2u. The amount will straight update in MyASNB. However, Maybank was charged me RM1.00 of processing fee.

Any one here have the same problem with "fund business hours has ended" issue? I can't even get my bank account status to get verify.

So many problems with the new interface of myASNB portal.

I already solved the business hour problem by clear the google chrome web browser caches. So far the only problems are unable to verify bank account status and cannot download all the statements.

The bank account verification purpose is just used for money withdrawal. I have no issue on buying in units via FPX. Anyway, mine already get verified since last week.

The RM0.01 is used for your myANSB bank account verification purpose. Just leave it and wait until your bank account get verified.

I want to ask how long does redemption took? I was withdrawn money by myasnb at last Saturday. It was said that will be credited into bank account at next business day. Yesterday is Sunday so my money still hanging there but today already is Monday. Until now I still not receive my money. May I know any exact time when will the money credited into my bank account?

I was withdrawn money by using myASNB at last month and ask the same question like you too. That day I was waited whole day but still not receive my money. Finally, the money was credited into my bank account after 8pm. The money will be credited into your account at next working day after 8pm. So check back your bank account at night time.

ASB2 can be acquired any time actually, I can buy in every month without problem. Frankly speaking, I was holding ASB1/ASB2 for 6 years. Sometimes ASB2 has this kind of problem of can't be acquired, especially I was noticed that this problem will be existed during dividend announcement. This was not the first time that I was experienced. Usually have to wait for next month until ASNB has reopened to public for trading. Currently my ASB2 still have quota of RM8,700 can be acquired. The maximum limit is RM200,000, just same like ASB1.

After I fully acquired ASB2 to maximum RM200,000, my next target is not ASM2 and ASM3 but is ASB3.

I think this is from last year, I think you were wrong. I was just did that back to May 2021 this year. I can split two times 50k to buy in ASB2 without problem. My Maybank account was linked to my ASNB account. Just did that at May 2021 without problem. The whole transactions are quite smooth, no need such AMLA declaration form. Maybank just charged me RM1 commissions, I split out two times (one time per day) RM50k to transfer RM100k into my ASB2.

I just use the cheque method by writing the amount of 100k then deposit into Maybank2u account. Have to wait 2 floating days for cheque clearing. After the money received, I split 2 times RM50k transactions to buy in from Maybank2u online banking. Just charge for RM1 commission for each transaction. I not buy straight from myASNB because the FPX in myASNB has a limit of RM9,999.99 per transaction.

I give up to buy in ASB2 because it keep reject for limitation. Today I just straight buy in ASB3, my first time to buy a new fund. Straight and smooth, no limitation.

Yes, face this problem today. Keep trying over again and again. Also block for 5 minutes after several tries. I keep repeat to try asb2 and 3 today. In the end, I still manage to grab some amount of both asb2 and 3. From 9am to 10am done with 9 transactions.

my username has the last 2 digits of my year of birth, security phrase just add 19 in front of year of birth to become 19xx, password just use my car plate number.

At least you are born in Sabah/Sarawak. You need to convert to bumiputera even though that you still a Chinese. I cannot explain much about this because this is illegal actually. The situation just similar like a rich Chinese person buy a Dato' medal. Only the Chinese from Sabah and Sarawak can use this trick to convert their identity to Sino-native. Your name is still maintaining Chinese name, of course I am a Christian actually.

Only the bumiputera in Sabah and Sarawak have Christians. As you can see for the Iban and Kadazan in Sabah and Sarawak here are half Christians half Islam.
After you get a letter that prove that your grandfather or father is Sino-native. Let's say Sino-Dusun. Of course, you are still a Chinese with Chinese name. There have many Sabahan here can be found as Chinese name but they just speak Malays but don't speak Chinese. That kind of Chinese are considered as Sino-native. They are not a pure Chinese because their father get married with a Sabah bumiputera. Their mother is bumiputera but father is Chinese.

So if you can prove that your birth letter is Sino-Dusun/Sino-Kadazan/Sino-Iban, so you can proceed to go to JPN to change your IC the race category to bumiputera.
With this bumiputera IC, you can now apply ASB directly from the nearest ASNB branch. Everything are fast and smooth. No need to wait so long, just few minutes then done.

Just come back to try again after few minutes. If you trigger the 5 minutes blocked, just set 5 minutes of timer to wait or try to buy another fund. There must have a certain period that some unit holders might selling out their funds.

I notice that usually at Saturday and Sunday is totally impossible to buy. Mostly when the banks start operate from 9.30am - 4.30pm weekdays. You may try to fish on weekdays from Monday to Friday within this period.
