For non-bumi PA is better cos the ASx units will be transfered to your nominees instead of being liquidated n get cash. Especially nominees who r not investment savvy.

Yes pengisytiharan amanah. Note there is a fee for this transfer when PA is executed.

Sorry may be I shouldn't make an unverified statement but it happened to someone I know 10 years ago. TnC could have changed. But for ASx I think it is better to use PA then anything else.

This is talking about Bursa Malaysia Bhd and Glove companies only. Other companies in ASNB & EPF funds move up a lot too? Sorry havent been following KLSE lately.
