Apart from the fees, pengisytiharan Amanah is good in that the beneficiary will inherit the ASNB units.

Is it true that there is no more fee for transferring of ASx units to 3rd party?

Can ASx units be transfered on 1st of the month that falls on weekend like 1-8-2020(Sat) and 1-11-2020(Sun)?

So that buyer & seller get the full month's dividend. Say if I sell ASM1 on 1-4-2020, I will get dividend up to 31-3-2020 and buyer will get dividend starting from 1-4-2020. But I sell on 2-4-2020, no diff for me but buyer get dividend starting from 1-5-2020, 1 month less dividend.

Is it possible to transfer ASM3 units to someone who has ASM1/2 accounts but not ASM3?

Why not private sales?

I just called ASNB office in JB, was told that ASNB will be closed next week until 31/3(subject to change depending on MCO) during which online transfer is disallowed. But can still buy/sell/transfer at the agent banks that are open.

I just called 03 – 7730 8899 & CS comfirmed all branches will be closed until 31/3, but still can transfer online, contradicting what JB branch said.

U mean u got zero return after 4 years, which fund?

At the meantime ASNB offices with be closed from 21/3 to 31/3.

Probably for diversification, will start selling mine too.

Are u very sure, agent banks r not able to do ASNB transaction until lockdown over?

False alarm. can do at Maybank but most banks shorten their operation hours during MCO.
