Sometimes MyASNB get overload....
Me already countless times like that... Because of their useless servers crash / overload.. me get locked out for 15mins for nothing.... Waste my time only...

hadn't you thought that it is intentional? imagine people buy and buy and buy and sell at a premium. make it harder to buy, and eventually some will give up, or make the efforts not worthwhile.

Susahnya nak beli... i got 5 digit amount of cash waiting to be loaded to the ASNB, but no unit zzzz..........

As a programmer, i just think it's bad programming Look at most of the gov website, 90% bad quality. So much money spent but quality so bad.

Ahh then you should know it's not bad programming aka bug aka defect when something is Working As Designed. Do you always RESOLVED-FIXED levitations from Support? Or at times, you know, RESOLVED-WORKSFORME/NOTABUG ?

then the online transfer also gone... now all must done in branch thanks to openly promo transfer services for premium

yup. stock market does give higher $$ but it's come with higher risk too..

I don’t know what intentional you said, from the point of view of the “fund house”, they don’t care who buy or who hold their unit..
No matter how lousy the interface is , still have many people support, the quote is limited, so even if they spent money to improve, that won’t increase their profit... for them as long as no major problem occurred then everything goes well

Don't care? Why do you think they deactivated the online transfer feature? To save resources on their server?

Why they care about Mr A or Mr B is holding their fund?
What they concern is Mr A bought the fund and sold to Mr B, with x% “profit” or others.

no actually they are afraid of money laundering transferring money here and there. that’s y only branch now, need thumbprint verification.
