everything electronically MyASNB website/portal... just click of botton. all info available in PC or phone

for loss passbook / lack of information... best to visit ASNB office / branch... they should know all the details & balances...

banks like Maybank or CIMB also can... but doubt they can access the details with just your IC number (since u lost passbook/could be still old acc number too)...

No update for years also the $$ still there... I remember got 1 forummer... parents open ASW account kid time.. already adult only remember got account (after cleaning up, found the passbook )... update & print the statements... all the years dividend accumulated. No missing

Everything changes.... Since ASNB & PNB directly related to the government....

Let's hope that the changes don't make the investment / strategy department staff lack of motivation.... Then our dividend suffer more... Added to external forces like covid 19...
