So this is personal level engagement.... I mean ASNB staff level.... The person who message is probably RM assigned to your family member.... He/She didn't realize it.... Not everyone would get Whatsapp message from ASNB staff...
If from ASNB businesses account... Then it's from HQ marketing department blasting the promotion....
Yes. I also gotten information from friends.... It's release of 50mil spread over 4 days period.... The final one would be 2am onward (Saturday)... Not 8am onwards (Wed - Friday)....
