You can try just past 2am, 3am, 5am and around 7am. These are the times i noticed high chance for big units recently over the past few weeks. Many people are withdrawing I think and somehow the system releases units from 2am+ (not sure when this will change). So many units available enough for most people. If cannot get one day, try the next day. Good luck.

0. because i stopped topping up long time already. it's just a hard habit to break to check for units. As I said, I might diversify some from asm over to fd. Checking also gives me a feel on the desirability of the units although it still seems no matter how much is available also gets sold out the same day.

sure boh, unker. the bank fren say soon means how soon, weeks or months? i am waiting for bank interest to go up too.

Plus in the budget it was proposed to increase the asm funds by 5b. I think it will be in their interest to give a decent dividend. If not, the take up when launched will be super slow in this increasing fd rate environment. Most fd promos are already above 4%. Not to mention they might wanna stem the current mass selling of their asm funds by many (this is based on the big amounts available nowadays at 2am).

Conjure up a magical 4.5% and the 5b will be selling like hot cakes, the selling will probably stop and take a 180° turn. 😁

so far, news reports only mentioned the additional limit for asb and asb2 from 200k to 300k as proposed during budget 2023 but no mention of the proposed increase of 5b units asms.

now would be a good time as there is euphoria. not sure why they didn't do so.
