Which one is more unhealthy?

Fried rice is carb plus oil plus egg
NL is carb plus santan plus many other proteins...

But both tastes heavenly...

Nasi Lemak without Chicken is carbs overloaded and fattening 99. The only protein you’re getting is 1/4 of an egg and that ikan bilis amount of ikan bilis.

As for the oily factor, I think it’s a draw between oil used to fry the rice and oil in sambal.

btw, nasi lemak and fried rice is a breakfast with laborers in mind. it suppose to gip enough energy till afternoon for ppl who do hard physical labor.

so for pencil pushers like u and me? 2 piece of toast enough la....

Its heavily depends on rice used. And there are no single standard definition or recipe on what nasi goreng and nasi lemak is consisted of.

That study is steaming pile of garbage. How it even made it to publication wtf
