Everyone PM szemeng76. His was 800Mbps RM149. Maybe he won't mind sharing his old bill since he's no longer on UniFi. smile.gif

the package is call UniFi Advance Plus 50Mbps (Thank You Campaign 2017)

Do you remember if your discount was perpetual before the RM10 RYE 2017 ?

Here is where we started discussing about RYE2017 and whether it's 2yrs only or perpetual. I think some got perpetual and some got promo 24mths.

just went to taman desa TM Point
the staff friendly and I explain to him
he understand my situation is way more better than the TM email replied
he help me create 1 more case and check with billing manager
and he said this is not my issue
by right my bill no increase

cause they see u are 800mbps then they charge u 800mbps price
i like WTF
means i am not the first one.
But he explain in detail and help me.
hope he really can help me readjust the bill

that day i complain about bill adjustment
i receive SMS they said case solve
when i try to TM Live Chat with them.
they said they cant check my billing,
need to wait bill come only know the bill adjustment
is it really like that ?
