TM is not charitable organization.. it is a business entity.. 1gb daily free quota is for unifi mobile users.. If I am not mistaken they got 999GB quota for hotspot for the MCO.. please take some time to read and do some research.. please try to differentiate as the brand name unifi are being used in multiple LOBs.. UNIFI BROADBAND, UNIFI LITE, UNIFI AIR, UNIFI MOBILE.. thank u..

I have the issue with UNIFI since last wednesday.

Everyday ranging from 8.30 a.m - 9.30a.m and 5.30p.m to 8.30p.m my UNIFI will down consisitently. Modem and router all working. Checked with customer service they noted that my UNIFI is really down.
Technician called me last Sunday to enquire but at the point of working my UNIFI is working and he mentioned that all working well on system and proceed to close my case ><.
Till today the issue is the same, issue has not been solve.

** the down time for evening maybe be longer or shorter. Sometimes 1 hour, 2 hour or 3 hours. Setapak area

anyone uses TM Unifi MEsh network before at home???

Any one feel internet slow, like Facebook or TikTok or Apple TV. Taking long time to loading.

i think all having same fate~ no choice... reported to TM for almost 1 week they feedback that connection is fine and no issue.

Reboot router for refresh another ip block,sometime TM really kixiao good at this ip block,but another crap.
Even to SG also can get 3 different routing. 10ms/40ms/80ms
Just do a research about Twitch,seems like Asia location all now route to HKG,even SG VPN also give me HKG server.

If i want to temporarily upgrade from 30MBPS RM89 to 100MBPS RM129(for 6 months later study/work from home), means that i need to renew the 2 years contract?

Btw, what's the fees for termination fees for unifi right now? Last I heard was about RM500 flat rate, now is it I have to pay the remainder of my entire contract? If so, that's kind of a dick move by TM

subscene,1338,rarway all this cant access, unless I restart my modem but it works for like few hours than can't access again.

Hope you guys reported this so that they know people are having problem with the site. Mine started really early, around 6pm everyday. 

TM just changed my BTU so now I can enjoy full speed  The technician found out that apparent the long CAT 5e cable running from my room to living room downstairs is bottlenecking my speed and suggested me to change it. I only managed to get 100 Mbps with that cable. If I use my CAT 6 cable, I can run full speed. May I know if you guys have any contact that I can call to install new LAN cable?
