Check with the WiFi settings,  make sure it is not set to AX only. Also for security choose either WPA or WPA2. What WiFi adapter do you have in your laptop?
*
It’s in WPA2 ... is your AX ONLY refer to something like 802.11 AX mode which is default as ON.

Should I turn off?

Yup. Check channel also. Some default limit to 12 but your router used 13, for 2.4G.

I am using ASUS app but couldn’t find the channel.. any idea where is it?

Most frustrating is when chat with Unifi they keep saying no reported issue at my area, so i told them now i am reporting you the issue la. Seems like they don't know or blur if one area has outage...

Those facing connectivity issue better open a case with Unifi now, then only they WAKE UP and aware there is network outage..
*
They always say no reported issues! This is the problem when the live chat is outsourced. Frustrating too

All sifu, I have this silly question. During virtual conference with overseas colleagues, there are moments when the other party couldn’t hear me well and said my voice is breaking up but I could hear them clearly. In this case, what could be the reasons? Is it their line is not good or out my side?

I am using TM 500mbps with ASUS AX RT3000
