Sot is just a rough representation of battery life. Some ppl on bluetoothnkn stop .some ppl consume media non stop. some reply messages on and off(powering up device every 5-10mins).
Can last a day should be fine already I guess.
Definitely not a 2 day phone unless super conservative user.
Regardless of what the 25w charger tops up very fast enough to boost another half day use when plugged in 30 mins

For charging just use it as you like for me.
One way or the other the battery will age. maybe taking care of it wil cause it to age slower .
If worry just get battery replaced every 2 years if plan to use the phone for 3-4 years

Either background apps/alot more push notifications
I would suspect is the coverage issue. if got wifi try connect to wifi and see if the drain is so much. then u can rule out either is connection or apps
Bad connection really reflects alot on battery life.
