hmm the only advice i can give is switch to 3g when u not using much for better stability.
not all telco's line is good and 4g seems to have weaker penetration compared to 3g so if you are indoor 3g might save u some power if u are at the borderline of 4g connection (meaning switching to 3g and 4g to and fro automatically) some serious case will cause ur phone to warm up.

hence im not convinced at all to own and 5g phones even for the next 3-4 years. malaysia still cant get their 4g right

It is wrong to generalize it is poor throughout
My place - both Celcom n Digi are good for me : at least 90Mbps consistently. This speed is more than sufficient for my usage

My housing area.. my celcom service is damn superb. around 90mbps as well... but at my office... its vary. some place don;t even have line.

ur sot is very high . u are using handphone 50% of the time to achieve this.  are u on 4g all the time?

note10+battery isnt superb compared to competitor especially with exsynos.

ur usage however is abit on the more extreme side tho.

dont think got much flagship that can last so long one whole day with such abuse

hmm i never use before 5000 mah but the previous phone i use is 4000mah mate9. i feel changing to note10+ the battery life improve abit only. take note i using dark mode with note.

what i can comment is, note10 battery drain during idle is bad but endurance during video watching/scrolling is good

by the way note10+ only 4300mah which is 15% less than ur asus.

iphone battery life is known to be exceptional especially with its pro max.

overall note10+ is a one day phone for ppl at work rather than 2 days unless u dont really use ur phone very much.
definitely not a half day phone.

I had the Asus Max Pro M1 too and the phone can't be compared to the Note 10+ since it's an entry level to midrange offering - I bought the 3/32GB one and that was definitely entry level   So when you said it performed better, I'm assuming you meant the battery life. Oh yeah, and the signal reception was better too
