So far the best option is to run fb on Chrome

Then run Chrome on its own internal forced dark mode

Seems to work well

The phone seems faster tho

Takes awhile for the full update to initialise after the phone starts up, even Gmail updates in the background and takes awhile before the new dark mode version comes about

Just something interesting that although obvious it might not work in some phones but work on the note 10 plus. Screenshots from Samsung internet running YouTube on desktop mode, set on 4k and 1440p, then used the video assistant to full screen mode.

Before you say this is obvious, occasionally 4k images put on 1440p may suffer more artefacts post resizing into 1440p, causing the images to be blurred. But due to the pentile arrangement of note 10 plus, the resizing may be actually sharper.

Also no ads and you can play the video in the background.

There used to be a button in the quick pull down menu for navigation bar toggle so i can use that function, (I'm using gesture) but it's no longer there

But now can quick swap using gesture from the recent apps like epal style, make a curve turn, so i guess i don't need the nav bar toggle anymore

I'm using gesture without any nav bar or hints

If you use gesture, you can just pull from below a little then quick swipe left or right. Right bit more difficult to do because screen edge

Maybe your case too close to the bottom no space to pull up
