I bought a note 10 plus 512gb last few month when preorder,

I not sure why when I using several apps to test the battery as I feel battery is draining recently, and I only get 16xx/4170Mah and the battery wear off level is damn serious... I only used for 3 month, not sure if I got a defect unit? Is there anyway to contact samsung service centre? sos 😣

I can see the % drop when using also when idle drop fast...aiks..

Like 7-10% at night..
I used the member app and it says ok, but all 3rd party apps are showing battery is heavily weared..

7-10% with wifi , mobile , bluetooth all off..

My last phone is iphone xr, the battery life is better if compare to note 10+ now...aiks

Honestly Note10+ battery life is really bad , on Note8 & Note9 3hours SOT still got 50% battery now Note10+ only remaining 28% battery. I suspect & suspicious Scamsung is using substandard component & cpu. Even using FB with force dark mode the battery drain untill dunno where liao.

Funny no forrumer mention this b4 , maybe cos wanna jaga their fon resale value

Wow congrats on your purchase, that's a super bargain  but I wonder why did Samsung run this offer on the Note 10 in the first place. Shouldn't  S10+ go first since S11 is coming? 

BTW guys I don't know has anyone do this but turning off fast charge can actually prolong the battery life?

Last week went to the service centre to check my note 10 that facing signal weak and no signal problem while indoor, noticed few ppl note 10+ also have same problem too. Seem it was common issue for this so call flagship model.

The solution given by service guy - change motherboard and can't guarantee will solve the signal issue! WTF! Feel like spend 4k bought a junk.

Til now device still at sc,  i called many time to check when ready to collect and keep telling me many excuses. (new spare part is broken need order again, device got phone lock issue, technician not working on weekend..and many more) WTF x 2

Obviously Samsung is trying to clear their inventory of the older Exynos chips found on the note 9. Which is still very capable if you don't need the latest processor.
