Judging from the UI, it seems that you are using Sharp LCD TV, am I correct? :hmm:

Just a personal note: Sometimes the signal readings indicate on certain TVs or STBs are inaccurate and unreliable...
Usually the antenna installers/technicians would use a digital TV signal meter device while aligning the TV antenna, as the readings shown on the device is more accurate. :hmm:
But I can't be suggesting everyone to buy a digital TV signal meter, cuz it costs hundreds over ringgit... unless they want to become an antenna installer, isn't it?
...I'm just talking to myself. Just ignore the message above.
What you can do now is, you go to Manual Search there, enter Channel 30 (546MHz), now you see the Strength and Quality readings are 0%, right? Stay on that signal reading page first, don't press Start Scan/Search first.
So now while you monitor closely at the Strength and Quality readings, you go and readjust/realign your antenna position, or try place your antenna somewhere else, until you get signal readings for Strength and Quality readings for Channel 30 (546MHz). You might need a second person to either monitor the signal readings or adjust the antenna to get this done.
Slowly adjust/align the antenna until you can get some readings; try to get as high as possible. Once you see there is signal readings and it is stable (not intermittent or fluctuating), maintain the antenna position (or screw the antenna tightly if using outdoor antenna), and press Start Search/Scan.
Now you should be able to get the TV channels.
It's philips tv (not smart TV). Seremban town center is located too far from transmitters south bukit tampin or north KL. Distance to these 2 is almost same. See others complain about same reception issue here in other forums too.
Anyway I did try manual tuning (ch 32, 30, 43, 45) and move antenna but only get 32 so far.
I have dvb-s2 digital antenna meter but not dvb-t2 meter, not worth to buy it.
Will try again some other time.
