I need help badly. Just purchased the game 3 weeks ago and quick playing campaign and reach level 50 on season 5. Campaign on act 3 haven’t finish the storyline.

Today want to play become season 6 and it said my character all items will gone in 102days, however ask me start new character to retrieve it but I start and it doesn’t have the storyline at all.

Please advice sifu
