Anyone know when the top up available back to normal after purchase made? It is still showing RM5000 - RMXXXX - RM10 top up available after i made RMXXXX transaction...

u mean try to set new pin for the card but unable to?
try contact the CS about this issue, by right u should be able to create new pin when u activate the card
when u click Set / Change Card PIN, it prompt for Password, not GP pin
i have just done change the pin again with same pin without any issue
the Password is the one with at least one Capital Letter and number as well

They didn't call me after I do the ATM withdrawal yesterday.
So it's better to pay them for a small fee RM1 to enjoy this benefit even longer rather than direct bank transfer which might flag them to close down BP once and for all…

guys, please mention properly bank transfer or ATM withdrawal, people will confuse if you use the word withdrawal...

so far no more love call from GP after i switch bank transfer to ATM withdrawal, although the cost is RM1 per withdrawal (max RM1.5k) but the rate is still cheaper than BP and won't raise their suspicious on BP and GP activity and if everyone of us can do the same, this method can sustain more longer than expected.

i didn't try RM4.5k, just tried RM1.5k X 2 + RM1k X 1 and planning to do RM1.5k X 2 everytime as i think they impose the same limit for bank transfer and withdrawal

please take note that the top up balance will be locked for 1-2 days, after that will be back to normal.

not unable to top up, the top up balance got stuck up by the withdrawal.
just wait for 1-2 days to clear it up and you will see the top up balance back to normal again
