All prepaid card blocked by GoPayz, if debit card unsable just talk to them, they will unblock

if u got no money inside and always clear it, no need to waste time top up RM30 or more then deduct RM16 x n cards to replace the card, then waiting for the refund and top up again to full RM100 to withdraw back to bank with another 3-4 working days

if really got fraud after 31/8 they have no obligation to replace it foc else bnm them
