Bigpay did accept prepaid card to top up in 2018, but now their system will check the first 6 digit of a card number first to identify if it is a credit card or debit card issued by a bank in Malaysia. Prepaid cards are no longer accepted.

I cannot confirm, but from my observation and testings.
Bigpay never agree to accept a prepaid card to top up, only credit card, ATM/Debit card and online transfer. Read T&C.
CIMB-Lazada Prepaid MasterCard (0.5% rebate) was accepted by Bigpay and WeChatPay in the past but now not possible.

Can't add "AEON Member Plus Visa Card" to BigPay as well.

However, I have no problem to add "AEON Member Plus Visa Card" to GoPayz.

Trying to upgrade to premium wallet, but after select the ic from gallery, it become blank page.. can’t do anything.. is it iOS issue?

i'm not sure, try use android phone to do the verification then switch back to ios

I try again with iOS, suddenly work.. it need 2 business days to get verified.. Bigpay is faster then

what is the benefits if used fundsupermart from GoPayz? seem not benefits, can't use the wallet money to topup in FSM also...

yala, weekdays very fast 1, unless u do it on friday nite, then need to wait till monday then only they proceed
but sometimes sat they also got work
