anybody's gopayz suddenly received notification that 'profile have been change' out of a sudden and account got blocked? called up CS, was told they were informed by Visa that there's a suspicious attempt to use my card? there's only 1 cent inside though.

We value you as our customer and respect the privacy of your information, as such, as a precautionary measure, we are notifying you that your GoPayz Card information may have been compromised as a result of a data breach incident relating to an online payment provider. Please be advised that we have increased our fraud and risk control by blocking any virtual and physical cards that you are currently holding. You are required to request for your virtual and physical card replacement via our GoPayz mobile application (GoPayz app). All physical card replacement done before 31 August 2022 is eligible for a full refund of the physical card replacement fee of RM16.00. This amount will be refunded to your wallet account within 7 business days. This refund is only applicable to customers who are holding our physical cards as per our records. As an added precaution, all transactions made with your replacement cards will be closely monitored, and authorization will be granted only after verification is complete. there will be no additional time taken for the authorization process. We recommend that you remain vigilant by exercising caution, monitoring your card transactions closely and do not respond to unverified calls/or emails from unknown parties. If you detect any suspicious activity on your card transactions, you should promptly notify us and report any fraudulent activity to the law enforcement authorities.
