If you fill-up petrol by waving your card at pump, you will get RM5 cashback. Apparently the RM200 initial deduction at petrol pump is considered as >RM100 card spend on retail even though you only fill-up RM10 and the rest are returned back to your wallet. beLIEve liked this post
