I checked with FSM, if you have existing account, you would need to closed the existing one and re-apply for a new one from GoPayz in order to use GoPayz to purchase UT in future. It is a big hassle for me so I opt not to close my account.

PRS and EPF-MIS are directly under your name.
Normal fund is under nominee.

Yeaaa...i just checked with FSM customer service and getting the same info.
But when i try FSM from goPayz, the FSM will bring me to open a beneficiary account.
I haven't try further..not sure this method will make FSM linked with goPayz or not.

As long as a new account is created from GP App, you can use GP as the payment method.

that's why. but the CS insist that I have to sell my PRS holdings or ask other platforms to accept transfer of my PRS holdings before can close FSM account. from what i see, i can buy from PPA and eunittrust. i can't brain her.

Well this is too much hassle.
We should insist that they fix their backend instead of simply asking existing members to close current account and open a new account; too convenient for them to say.

confirmed with Bigpay CS, this is no longer allow to top up the gopayz from bigpay
