Some of the vouchers are given to U-Mobile phone users only.

Not sure about the GP points.

You can use them without the physical card for online transaction though some sites/apps is not supporting MC/UP.

Open a new account for FSMOne via GoPayz app.

Any locking period? Such as processing period not allow for another bank transfer..
