Anyone having issues with their Unionpay card unable to topup Grab/Boost due to Non-3D secured error although the option is enabled in the GoPayz app?

I request on Sunday, so i received on Tuesday or Wednesday ?

i request on this sunday 12.xxam and another one on yesterday 12.xxam, yesterday night already got the sunday transfer

wonder why they don't bank in both as sunday no working ma...
or do they?

I also have problem on Boost... able to add card (MC) but not able to top up successfully (non-3d error)

When I tried TnG, Visa & UP is not supported but MC successfully top up..

I did not try Grab as seldom use...

Any one tried to withdraw at ATM? Instead of RM1 charged by GP.

Is there any others fee involved? Because like I use SCB debit card to withdraw at MBB ATM. It charged RM4 or RM6 depends on Banks.

If I withdraw with BigPay. Does it mean I will be charged for RM1 plus RM4/6?

Anyone withdraw at ATM before? Which bank and what is the total fee?

You are confused by different ATM networks.

SCB Debit at MEPS ATM (including MBB's) - using MEPS ATM network (Malaysia's Paynet).
Bigpay at local/foreign ATM - using Cirrus ATM network (MasterCard).
Gopayz Visa - Using PLUS ATM network (Visa)
Gopayz MasterCard - Using Cirrus ATM network.
Gopayz Unionpay - Using Unionpay (China's) ATM network.

Charge by card issuer, not the ATM operator (Malaysia only).

i use unionpay card withdraw rm1500 at cimb atm, charge rm1 only.

Good to know as I own BP UnionPay and plan to withdraw at MBB ATM.

Yeah. I thought I will be charge for GP RM1 and also network RM4/6. But others user share they only be charged for RM1.

SCB is "borrowing" MEPS access .. so their charges are higher.

Their inhouse network (means cheap RM1 withdrawal) is HOUS - HSBC, OCBC, UOB, SCB

Ok I just notice daily transfer to bank is 1k, above that will be stated unsuccessful. Anyone knows monthly limit transfer to bank?
