And after log out, prompt fingerprint login. Are you able to login using fingerprint or same thing happen account disabled like avinlim ?

Understood. The fingerprint login is only useful and needed when the gopayz account was already logged out. It does not work like big pay app which always have to login whenever load the app.

Auto “screen Logout” (not app logout) is better security

Got a surprise rebate today, but don't know what for. Could it be a water bill I paid on 25Dec2019, cos it is the only spend since I got GP.

Guys, I called about 45min, finally get some1 to answer call. I mention app suddenly got "disable" after "session time out" and prompt for finger print, and once touch the finger print, it straight "account disabled"

After they send me temp password via sms, I changed pass again and login in to my profile. >>> disable my finger print function. Hope will not happen again. Sth wrong with their "time out" session and finger print thg when you keep the app running at back ground for long time.

Please take note to avoid hassle calling for password reset thg.

*P.s: cannot use back previous password every time reset.

once disable, app will prompt msg to call their cs when I tried to reset pass.....they need to enable on their end and reset pass for you via sms.

I found that they reply email pretty quick actually, at most a full-day. So can try email
