It comes with 2 identical DC 9v 600mA adapters (1 for the decoder/transmitter & 1 for the headphone). However, both of them are 110v 2-pin JP plug. You can use a stepdown converter but I just buy new DC adapters for 220v input with DC 9v 600mA output.
