Well... Rumahwip priced from rm188k for 800sqft.. If you are looking for affordable housing... This is almost as affordable as you can get... With MRT just 1km away.
To put in perspective... Even setia Alam medium cost apartment subsales are more expensive than these rumahwip with much more superior location. |
