30.08 acres, 4225 units - 141 units/acre

Henge + Kepongmas + Mizumi + Metro:
19.23 acres, 6018 units - 313 units/acre

Conclusion: more than double the density

Well... Rumahwip priced from rm188k for 800sqft.. If you are looking for affordable housing... This is almost as affordable as you can get... With MRT just 1km away.

To put in perspective... Even setia Alam medium cost apartment subsales are more expensive than these rumahwip with much more superior location.

believe it or not, people will still complain NOT AFFORDABLE / NOT NICE / TOO HIGH DENSITY / RATHER RENT etc...

I believe this is SO WORTH buying for those B40 household.. 188k in well developed place, walking distance to mrt, aeon nearby.. those rich ppl pls stay away from RUMAHWIP, it's meant for low income household..

I applied before the project’s status was changed to bumi lot only. My application status has been at Semakan Urusetia for more than a month.

With the odds being very slim now, should I cancel it and apply for other Residensi Wilayah projects?

This application in residensi wilayah closed after 31 oct 2019 (just 3 months!!). So now no more below 200k house in website, just left unattractive project which advertised since 2017 until now like residensi akasia permaisuri, residensi hektar, residensi inspira, residensi rampai ii, residensi wangsa meranti which non bumi lot itself still not sold out!

Will still have at least 1 below 200k rumahwip in future.
The rumahwip component of The Hipster. Block A is rumahwip expected to launch at 198k. Block B and C is bebas units. Just not sure whether they will stick to the usual size of 800sqft or comply to the new gov policy stated must be at least 900sqft?

Anyway many rumahwip is available even before officially put up for application at the website. Can apply direct developer straight, ppl started to apply before official launch such as Minest, Aman Jalil, Metro Kepong, etc.

I got the same situation as you! I also stuck in Semakan Urusetia before it changed to bumi lot only.

At the same time, we cannot apply another RumahWIP.

I just signed the SPA for this project early of this week, not much unit left at the unit board and according to the agent, still many people in the waiting list. Good luck for those who is still waiting.

Correct, when you stuck in Semakan Urusetia, it will be like forever. You can't change to another project except they reject / query your application.

True, I think there will be another 198k project and the size of 800sqft. the hipster rumawip, the one at the ucsi residence also yes. JL99 rumawip @ sri rampai I think will be 900sqft. more to come.

What's so big deal with that?

Just make a phone call and the admin can erase whole profile in one minute time.
