believe it or not, people will still complain NOT AFFORDABLE / NOT NICE / TOO HIGH DENSITY / RATHER RENT etc...
I believe this is SO WORTH buying for those B40 household.. 188k in well developed place, walking distance to mrt, aeon nearby.. those rich ppl pls stay away from RUMAHWIP, it's meant for low income household..

This application in residensi wilayah closed after 31 oct 2019 (just 3 months!!). So now no more below 200k house in website, just left unattractive project which advertised since 2017 until now like residensi akasia permaisuri, residensi hektar, residensi inspira, residensi rampai ii, residensi wangsa meranti which non bumi lot itself still not sold out!

I just signed the SPA for this project early of this week, not much unit left at the unit board and according to the agent, still many people in the waiting list. Good luck for those who is still waiting.

True, I think there will be another 198k project and the size of 800sqft. the hipster rumawip, the one at the ucsi residence also yes. JL99 rumawip @ sri rampai I think will be 900sqft. more to come.

Waa really that easy? I used to make few phone call regarding my application but their answer is above my expectation + few enquiries email to them but no reply. Even going to their booth at property expo, but their staff not helpful at all.

Yes, just call in and said you files a wrong application and they will help out.
i already paid the legal fee as my lawyer said need to pay after 1 week sign S&P...your lawyer did not tell u when need to pay?
Not yet, already contact my bank agent.. he say the lawyer already received my application, so just wait for the lawyer to contact me.. more than 2 weeks already

why everyone loan legal fee not same , i just loan 85% , and the lawyer need to charge me total RM 4.3k. may i know which lawyer firm anyone that already signed. my lawyer is PHILIP TING & KWAN

It is not yours to give up, if you reject the offer then it's off to the pool.
And how did the loan amount become 3xxk? It's only 198k
This is the cheapest RumaWIP project that I've known to date - RM188k! Any other projects which is cheaper than this? That being said, even though its only RM188k, it doesn't look cheap. Quality is decent, including the building exterior façade and space. Super value for money.
