how much I can letgo/sell the unit? is it the original price 198k or loan price 3xxk?

It is not yours to give up, if you reject the offer then it's off to the pool.

And how did the loan amount become 3xxk? It's only 198k

I mean i have sign everything and serve loan right now…the 3xxk is total payment with interest i pay to bank…

You can't even sell the unit during the moratorium period. All the gains are still locked as of now.

Anyway, don't think kepongmas is worth 300k, probably 200k ish
