i guess they will go for own USA Wahed shariah ETF

At this point it's better to suck up 0.5% expense ratio and 30% dividend withholding tax than to use zombie ETFs on KLSE.

StashAway using KWEB which is 0.76% expense ratio blink.gif

As no more US Stock as of now until June, and the graph seems going down. You guys still DCA ?  confused.gif

When one commits to DCA, one doesn't ask when? whether we continue?

We stick to our faith, believe in DCA-ing will bring us good returns in long run.

They've also got a gold portfolio.  Worth looking at?

Buy GOLDETF directly on KLSE better, dont bother with middleman.

wahed after 6 months, i hardly gained much. shut down my account and moved it all to  stash away

Look, I dont use wahed much, but 6 months is too short to judge any actively managed funds.

Stashaway didnt perform well since March 2021 either.

Actually, after using stashaway for 17 months, I lost 23% in December 2018.

You need to chill and DCA, whatever robo you use.

Actually a good point... But this feels so weird to even diversify on brokerage. I guess I should diversify my emergency fund placements, bank account money, insurance and all that too? Like seriously, where does this end?

I'm not being sarcastic, I too try to diversify my investments... But this is a worrying news to me that some other financial institution may have similar problem.

YES. I actually use 2 bank acc in each country, Rakuten + Mplus, Stashaway + Endowus, Futu + Prosperus like that.

You decide your own risk tolerance, but frankly I dont think its a bad idea to spread out risks a bit.
