Z625 Cracky Volume control

So i bought a used Z625, at first it feel coarse, then i turn it, it would produce cracky sound .
After that, i followed the ' turn off, turn left/right for 30sec ' and that kinda fixed it.... but then, occasionally, there will be a little cracky sound when i adjust volume... then I opened it up and used Contact Cleaner on it... now it will really smooth and clean.. Do Potentiometer need lubricants? Not sure how to lubricate it since it's sealed up. Desoldering and buy replacement is out of league for me.... I need help  Attached thumbnail(s)
