Seller is legit, bought my iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR from them previously. Not sure if their new units are MY sets or not, but the AirPods Pro I got are HK sets, shipped from KL. I got them within 2 days.

Unfortunately, I being cheapskate a bit haha! The last time I saw they were having promotion at RM969 + 10% coinsback and then I didn't get it as I was questioning them about MY/HK set. After they replied, the promotion ended and I offered them at RM969 again and they didn't bother to reply, so I bought mine from Impulse instead.

But, it's still a very good bargain!

Yes , i did. Just drop mine for yesterday pick up some staff. I was running and dont know how its auto drop from case.
after back office want to used it only figured out it was missing. If missing need to call apple to make appointment, then go to the authorized shop and order. Malaysia price are different due to we dont have APPLE STORE. sad....

Hi, anyone experiencing crackling noise on their Airpods Pro? I started to notice this issue since last 2 months. Only occurs on right side tho. Might have to return to Machine for warranty claim.

I notice this too, is it a firmware issue?

Saw this in news. Some people in US actually asked for replacements. Some people also said they just need clean up the output hole at the earpiece, then the issue wll go away.

Not sure but I dont think so since it only occurs on one side. My right side is crackling in noise cancellation mode even without music playing.

Yep. I googled and many have the same issue. I contacted Apple Support yesterday and went through troubleshoots with them but the problem still persist.

same issue here, only on my left side with ANC and transparency mode on, but when its set to off ( the middle setting ) it goes away.

i wonder if apple retailers in malaysia covers it under warranty

update: i contacted apple support and if its still under warranty, they asked to replace it form the store you bought.

I never used airpod 1 before but I have Haylou GT 1, then go straight to airpod pro.

The noise cancellation technology in Airpod Pro is really impressive. On bass, I found both Haylou and Pro also got strong bass but unable to justify which one better.

One thing to note that is Pro stay steadily in my ear compared to Haylou which I think it is good for those who tend to walk or do workout with earpod.

Im not a heavy user, so battery wise mcam okok la.
