There is no way to replace the battery. I you need to replace the AirPods. And they charge per piece. If not mistaken Rm200++ per piece. Replace both might as well get the 699 model...

I wondered that those who have use the FREE Engraving got thier airpod pro already ?

Yeah the battery all glued together, compact design but lose repairability.

Think by time the batteries need replacing, hopefully the market will have more choices in ANC earbuds.

Just ordered mine from apple online, no need tac code de 🤔

Wow Apple shipping now need 4weeks

last wednesday if not mistaken it said will arrive in 2/12/2019. Then few hours later said will arrive in Christmas and another few hours say next year only arrive @.@.
But so far all the review for Airpod Pro is very positive...maybe that makes and sales so good.

Saw if ordered last week can get early december, yesterday check eta already early Jan 2020 .
Asked around digital mall pj yesterday.
they said mid december only stock sampai.
tunggu saja lah

But if not mistaken Malaysia is the cheapest in south east asia...
Lots of review claims that this time Apple did make a good product and even over power Sony sony wf-1000xm3 in terms of ANC.

Definitely on par with my Bose for daily use, haven’t tested it on the airplane so not too sure on that. Sound wise is acceptable, better than the previous gens due to better seal. Commuting with it on LRT is such a joy.

my airpods pro noise cancellation become weak since this morning.
just checked my airpods pro updated to firmware 2B588.

btw, can check your airpods pro firmware through settings > general > about > airpods pro

mine is same firmware 2B588 but i dont have any issue with it

Try with anc turned on and without music playing.
can you hear people voice when they are talking to you?

i can hear abit from ppl talking nearby. but when anc turn on i cant hear my office aircon sound turn off can hear still got different there

ANC doesn't remove voice, the passive cancellation like getting tighter earbud does. ANC works through phase cancellation, it removes constant noise like engine, wind, rail etc.

same as mine, current firmware cancel low frequency noise such as the aircond vent noise only.

u probably did not experience the previous firmware. On previous firmware, i need to turn on transparency mode before i can hear from others.
with current firmware, i can talk with others by pausing the music (without turning on transparency mode).

i suggest not to buy them unless apple fix it with the next firmware update.

most of the online review is based on old firmware, and the anc is very good.

mine clearing today (schedule delivered is 3-4th Dec), but my friend bought at the same hour 11AM+ last Wednesday like me, shipped and stuck at China (since last Friday) didnt have any updates

lol got money also cant get now. waiting list 3-4weeks
