AirPods Pro has a recall program for out of warranty APP, unless yours is lost or water damaged, give it a try at the service center.

Thanks. My AirPods Pro one side is not charging. Tried various methods to troubleshoot but not working. Going to chat with Apple CS again and see what they recommend.

I found my AirPods Pro charging case that I lost last year. Turned out the whole time it was underneath my car seat lol. I had already bought a replacement charging case after I lost it so now i have two charging cases with only a pair of earpieces. Maybe i should sell it.🤔

You can drop it at the nearest Apple Authorised Warranty Center. The last time I had this issue with my non-pro Airpods this was what I faced.

1) To replace the Airpod was around RM387? Somewhere around that figure
2) The service center warned me that even if you replace it, the new one might not pair so well with the old one.
3) They advised me that getting two new ones is the same as the cost of a brand new one with packaging
4) Now I have a set of faulty Airpods sitting at home and I went and purchased the AirPods Pro instead

Thank very much for the info. If I decide to replace it will probably follow your advice to get 2. The last few days went back to my old Bluetooth earphones made me realize how good & advanced the AirPods Pro is. I wish the AirPods were more reliable mine is just over a year.

Last time I checked it was RM599 if I'm not mistaken. I paid the same amount to replace my AirPods Pro charging case.

I don't think it will be imminent, saw some reports saying likely end of 2021 earliest.

I am looking for cheap deals as well, next one is 3.3 sales.

if after 1 year, you can expect the battery life already degraded well due to wear & tear.

Whats the average usage in a video conference setting? Mine around 2.5-3 hrs almost depleted. Transparency on. I think it was advertised to 4.5hr with anc on

the 1st gen battery design got problem de... mine since April 2017 til now, one side left 15mins.... charge back also few minutes full another side left 1 hour....
my Airpods Pro since Dec 2019, til now still doing good with music still can reach 4hours++

u mean although u buy the new ones it will still happen just like u mentioned with those same problem?

since 2017? thats really long time so does it still useable now? i take it the battery must been last only half an hour or even 15 minutes.
