I've complained and they just do reset port and ask restart modem.
Reported again the next day, and the TM technician called, explained the problem to him, and he can't understand, want to come reset my modem config and charged RM53, I said NO as this is obviously TM problem, and the technician ask what I want now??? WTF!

so many people complaining same issues, they don't bother to fix it? seriously TM???

reported to skmm, until now still unable to solve this problem... the TM technician came and change dns, change nat??? they seems first time encounter this problem and don't know at all!!!

now still want to send another team come to my house, how come they never check on their side? telekom malaysia boleh!!!
