I didn't notice my internet stopped working, but I often leave my PC to idle, so when I come back to my PC suddenly a new tab has opened in my Firefox browser and that ad is displayed.

Memang nak kena complain ni. How do I go about making an official complaint and to which authority should it be made?

What's funny is I'm on the 500Mbps Turbo Upgrade, so my package doesn't even qualify for their promo since it's only for packages up to 300Mbps, yet I'm getting spammed by this stupid ad.

Should be no problem for Turbo500 to get it.

1. Sign-in to unifi.com.my
2. Click the paynothing banner (the small one above "Billing")
3. Scroll down to "How to enjoy promotion?"
4. Under "Existing Customer" ,click "via self-care"
5. Hopefully under "Select any of the eligible plans below for redemption", you'll see your Turbo 500 package.

Which is weird, because it's not in their T&C https://unifi.com.my/lsds/assets/documents/...gn_Consumer.pdf

Oh well.

Sorry for double post, I can't seem to edit my previous one (maybe because I'm still probie status?)

Something else to ponder about those who are affected and those who aren't: are you still contracted with TM?

I'm wondering if they're targeting people whose contracts have expired or are about to expire. When I upgraded to Turbo500 I opted to not renew my contract (expired some years ago).

I think TM is being extremely aggressive at trying to get their customers to renew their contract, but this is definitely not winning me over.
