is it really worth the price to buy it? or another way saying it has of high price/performance ratio?

Heck check out board like the ASUS Crosshair for AMD, Striker Extreme for nForce SLI and the Commando for the Intel P965. All this boards are "Officially" marketed towards enthusiast gamers by ASUS calling it the RoG like how ABit market their Fatality gaming line not much difference from Intel saying that their Intel "Extreme" type procs can "Boost" your gaming. laugh.gif

As for worth it or not its up to the user themselves however I betting the performance will not disappoint, if someone really paying for this kind of board they can really turns a few heads. tongue.gif

The Commando was priced 1.9K retail price when it was first avalible. I would imagine it would retail around 2k+ around here follow by a quick price drop sooner or later.

lawl

in my point of view, there is no need of 'uber' cooling for gaming

gaming doesn't have to do with overclocking

overclocking needs extra cooling, but gaming does not

not all gamers overclock, and not overclockers are hardcore gamers
