Maaf, jawapan anda tidak dalam skema jawapan. 0 markah. tongue.gif

Anyways, I can say that I'm proud to be one of the first ones who caught this movie on its opening day. Caught the 10:15pm show at Gurney Plaza and also got one of their yummy chocolate cupcakes for free. biggrin.gif

Onto the movie, I have given it a 98/100 since it's one of the most perfect movies I've ever watched. No other movie felt so darn real, no other movie made me feel as though I'm there behind them with every step of the way. I never really cared about the THX sound system until I watched this movie. This can't be considered as watching a movie, this is considered as living the experience.

Btw, got people from the Unfiction forums said that they felt loud thumps and even roars 10 minutes before the movie started! But then that's for US cinema-goers, no such pleasure for us Malaysians.

And another thing, while US folks got to saw their new Star Trek trailer, we got a chance to watch Bangkok Dangerous by the Pang Brothers and starring Nicholas Cage. Can't wait to watch that movie. smile.gif

anyone know what year this Cloverfield takes place? it only says 24 May at the end of the movie..and i forgot the beginning, i think no year also.

You're not the only person to be confused from the dates. In the movie the monster invasion really did happen in May but all info from the Alternate Reality Game seem to pinpoint the date as 18th January 2008. I suggest that you just ignore the differences in months and treat the movie as if it happened on Jan 18.

Yo guys, I think this might be a breakthrough:

Was anyone watching Degrassi 9:30pm 1/12 when a weird message appeared on the lower left corner of the screen?
The message was written in white letters against a static background (while the show was still playing) and it said "Can you read this? Are you OK? I'm still alive... but so it it." I just wanted to know if this was an ad for a movie.

Looks like Cloverfield earned US$366,181 from Thursday till Sunday in Malaysia. That's equivalent to RM1,202,147.59!

1.2 million ringgit in four days, whoa! biggrin.gif

Has anybody seen the original DVD being sold on Speedy or anywhere else yet? How much are they selling it for?
