On 1st of oct 2019 i bought an iphone 11 pro 256gb from lazmall official apple store around midnight .suddenly at 3.30am it got cancelled due to no stock.
The next morning i confirmed with their staff on the phone and they confirmed that it has been refunded and i shall see the amount reflected back to my credit card within 5 -15 working days. The amount is rm5599
I call and email them almost every 2 to 3 days to make sure it has been refunded. and they said it is in midst processing. On the 11 working days. Suddenly i saw charges. On my credit card for amount of 2 installment (maybank new cycle billing). Then i called Maybank and told them it has been cancelled. And the Maybank staff told me,lazada did not request any cancellations for the transaction that is why i still being charged.
I been chasing lazada till this date (15 working days already) and they keep on saying will request for proof of refund and will get back to me asap. But nothing. Till this date.
I have lodged report to kpdnkk (they loop kpdnkk staff in the email they replied to me, seem like they not scared at all) and dispute my credit card transactions (within 45days only know the result)
What else can i do? And how many of u have been in this situation.
Im using Maybank installment by the way.
