If it is landed, there are still alot of people buying them especially the higher middle class people. If it is condo, then it really depends on location. Most people will not buy if it is ulu places. Heck, even non-ulu place like Cyberjaya also nobody buy.then why developer sell at that price, who buy it? scalper? or house cannot sell later due to expensive price?
