I am not sure what you are referring to but AppleCare is just “extended warranty” of the 1 year warranty that comes with your device. If you want to extend it further, you can buy this AppleCare for extra 2 years making it total 3 years warranty.

i don't think malaysia has this. you see the site is not even malaysia region, if you change the region on top to malaysia, you will find no "accidental damage" cover on the malaysian apple site.

malaysia only has the standard warranty, and this extra applecare that you can buy will only extend the warranty extra 2 years.
