quality of the food/chicken is subjective to the taste and country. but what malaysia KFC paling fail is the staff and service. you see other country like thailand/japan/korea/HK/China.. fast food mmg fast and fast service.. kat malaysia... staff semua lembab..

tried once in GuangZhou, China. DLLM, chicken skin no crispy n meat soggy. Mashed potato watery n tasteless.
