Dont trust ur fren ts.. Malaysia kfc is the best, try it out for yourself.. But agree malaysia is meh on the service, but chicken taste wise, malaysia own it (also depends on the location), some branch really fail on the chicken quality

Service level varies. But i also notice that delay is caused by the customer. Many bodo (usually women and couples) reach counter only think what to order and ask 50 questions like its their first time at KFC
