I can see crack and string at the side of the tyre. Is it cause by the alignment or balancing?

The last alignment and balancing I did is 1.5 year ago?

Don I need to change tyre immediately?

Or can do alignment and continue to use?

Change tyre for safety. Especially front cause if burst can easily drive out of control. If you mati-mati want to go to next service at least swop with rear tyre. (assuming your rear tyre any better)

Change the tire immediately, or you risk having a blown tire from the visible thread area that is the weakest spot.

It looks like it's caused by a very badly out camber. Does the tire on the other side have similar signs?

That tyre will blow soon enough, especially with heat expansion. Time to change.

If u want to impersonate a Ghost Rider then, no need to change. The effect will be more obvious during night time.

What car is this?

In stock form, most cars do not have cambers that are adjustable unless they are fitted with adjustable camber bolts. An even smaller number of cars have rears with adjustable cambers.

If a front wheel camber is out, there is a high chance that one or more suspension components eg. a bent lower arm or wishbone, is spoiled.

Michelin PS3? Forget it... it is not crack. I would say it is a design/compound issue. My previous PS3 also have that, it is called peeling. You can find many complaining about this issue with PS3.

I think I didn't mention is a Michelin tyre. Really sifu can tell by the picture.

Yes, it's a Michelin PS4. Do agree with 'peeling' is sound more right.

The thread pattern looks similar and this peeling issue thus my first guess is Michelin. I guess PS3 because this issue was quite serious back then. I thought they fixed it with PS4 since hardly see anyone complaining.
