He already knows his time at Arsenal is getting shorter, if he doesn't prepare well, decide well on what is best for the team under pressure, I think he isn't good enough.

This is how a bad manager ruin a player’s confidence totally:

- Put him under spotlight by making him club captain against fans’ wish.
- Start him in every important games despite poor run of performance.
- Subbed him out after thrown away 1 goal or 2 goals lead allowing fans to abuse him.

Good manager will not make him captain, will not start him when he perform poorly in last few games. Then emery wont have to subbed him out and fans will not abuse him like in the last PL game.
