Instead of focusing on manager why not focus on January transfer?

Defence and Midfield badly need quality signing. And whoever that mastermind the Pepe deal to waste AFC money should be sacked.

AFC do spend the money but when many of the big money signing flop like Zhaka, Mustafi, Pepe, it drags the club down as well...

It seems buying iutside the EPL represent huge risk. Might as well buying proven EPL player.
*
Proven EPL player cost a bomb especially in January.
And they can also become flop after join us if we have bad manager with bad tactic.
Better to invest in young players as we have many wonder kids as the moment. Keep buying players will hinder their progress and Gnabry case will happen again.

Looks like Emery will be gone sooner than expected, the oracles has spoken:

Ornstein: “It looks like a matter of when rather than if, and it will come down to results.”

“They could have been clear and said it’s not going to be a matter of results and we’re going to stick by him (Emery) until the end of the season, those aren’t the messages now coming out of the club.”

McGarry: “The representatives of former Juventus boss Max Allegri, who is living in London and learning English, have been contacted by Arsenal with regards to the possibility of taking over at the Emirates.”

“We can also tell you that an unscheduled board meeting between the Arsenal directors is due to take place in the next 48 hours to discuss the current plight and the possible replacement of Emery as head coach.”

Excellent, sooner than expected. Guess it's happening, just like Ornstein said, a matter of when.

I second this. just let freddie take the helm for the rest of the season. couldnt be any worse than we already are
*
Well. I guess having Freddie here will ensure aubemayang and lacazette will not leave.

only if ljungberg can turn it around and finish top 4 (or winning europa league) for champions league next season.

anyway, I don't mind one of them leaving, having both of them is just awkward for modern football formation.

aubameyang is already 30 yrs old, if we can recoup more than 50m then just sell him in january.
arsenal captain wont last long anyway...

Ljungberg probably would just get back into the academy or something instead of interim manager. Reason mostly because I don't think the club wants to fire him or whatever after we found a new manager. I welcome Allegri if it's true, because seriously anyone is better than Unai at this point.

I think the essential for Arsenal manager is he need a good English..

Allegri might suffer the same fate as Unai due to language barrier..

I heard Raul is approaching Nuno (Wolve) agent..

Auba already shelving any contract talks because of the state of the club. Who didn't see this coming. Personally I don't know what state the club would have been without him last year.

and....Bellerin picked up a hamstring injury

Bellerina nothing special. That new kid Tierney beat him a lot. Good trickery, link up play, crosses and he have attacking minded flair.

To be honest. At this state, finishing top 4 is a real impossibility. Besides the current top 4, you have to deal with Tottenham and Man United. Of course, you can argue that Man United is in a decline but then I am pretty sure they can find a new manager soon and I think they do have the squad to do well.

I questioned why we buy Aubemayang in the first place when we have Lacazette. And that's the thing. Can we even fetch a high price for him given that the club is in turmoil, he is 30 years old and his contract is expiring.
